ATFC 3G Bookings: Important Information

We are delighted to welcome you to the ATFC 3G venue. To ensure your booking runs smoothly and all participants have a fantastic experience, please take a moment to review the guidelines below:

• Booking Times: Please ensure your session starts and finishes at the scheduled time. As a courtesy to others, avoid entering the pitch before your designated start time.

• Footwear: All participants must wear appropriate and clean footwear. Metal screw-in studs, trainers, astros, or blades are not permitted, as they can damage the surface. Non-compliance will unfortunately result in exclusion from participation.

• Goal Usage: To protect the 3G surface, please avoid dragging goals across the pitch.

• Ball Retrieval: Any balls leaving the venue should be retrieved using the designated method, depending on where they exited the facility.

• Chewing Gum: Chewing gum is strictly prohibited on the pitch.

• First Aid: Please bring your own first aid kit, as only emergency supplies will be available at the venue.

• Injuries or Incidents: In the event of a serious injury or incident, please notify the Facility Supervisor in the Clubhouse immediately.

• Concerns or Questions: If you have any concerns during your booking, the Facility Supervisor on duty will be happy to assist you.

• Clubhouse Facilities: You are welcome to enjoy the Clubhouse facilities before and after your booking.
